7/11/2008 - The University of Tulsa volleyball program has added to its coaching staff with the addition of Julia Silva, as announced by Head Coach Ed Allen. The University of Tulsa volleyball program used the momentum of its first-ever NCAA appearance to sign four recruits to the 2008 roster. Freshmen Kelsey Hancock and Rachel Vukson, in addition to juniors Julia Kenealy and Jennifer Eichler are the newest additions to the Golden Hurricane program. Full Story

The University of Tulsa won 27 matches for the second consecutive season. The Golden Hurricane could not make it 28 however as ninth seeded Kansas State Wildcats eliminated TU 3-0 (30-24, 30-20, 30-23) at Ahearn Fieldhouse. Full Story
